Terms of Service

By accessing and using the services of ROCKING K PERFORMANCE HORSES & WORKING RANCH HORSES, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

ROCKING K PERFORMANCE HORSES & WORKING RANCH HORSES provides the following services:

• Horse boarding and care services
• Professional horse training programs
• Horse breeding services
• Horse sales and evaluations
• Facility tours and consultations

Assumption of Risk: Horse-related activities carry inherent risks. By engaging our services, you acknowledge and assume all risks associated with equine activities.

Limitation of Liability: ROCKING K PERFORMANCE HORSES & WORKING RANCH HORSES's liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. We maintain comprehensive insurance coverage for our operations.

Emergency Care: In the event of a horse emergency, ROCKING K PERFORMANCE HORSES & WORKING RANCH HORSES is authorized to obtain necessary veterinary care at the owner's expense.

• Boarding fees are due monthly in advance
• Training fees are billed monthly
• Setup fees are due upon enrollment
• Late payments may incur additional charges
• Services may be suspended for non-payment

Boarding: 30-day written notice required for cancellation of boarding services.

Training: Training contracts may be cancelled with 30-day notice. Completed training sessions are non-refundable.

Breeding: Breeding contracts have specific terms outlined in individual agreements.

All horses must meet our health requirements:

• Current vaccinations (Rabies, Eastern/Western Encephalitis, Tetanus, Flu/Rhino)
• Negative Coggins test within 12 months
• Regular deworming program
• Health certificate for new arrivals

• Visitors must check in at the office
• Children must be supervised at all times
• No feeding horses without permission
• Helmets required for all riders under 18
• Quiet hours: 9 PM - 7 AM
• No smoking on the property

ROCKING K PERFORMANCE HORSES & WORKING RANCH HORSES reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
